What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cheques and major credit/debit cards including American Express.
Are we allowed to use barbeques?
Of course, it's part of being in the great outdoors! Just keep them off the grass and away from the trees (and bring us a burger and onions!). NEVER put a lit barbeque in an awning.
Do you know anyone who can repair ‘.....insert relevant name of your broken bit of caravan....’?!
We have some very reliable and trustworthy people and companies we can heartily recommend to help you out of your sticky situation.
Do you have disabled facilities?
We certainly do. Please refer to our Access Statement. If you still have queries after reading this please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Do you accept tents?
Trailer tents are fine but unfortunately our site licence does not permit regular tents.
Do you accept dogs?
We accept well behaved dogs accompanied by responsible owners, maximum two dogs per unit. We have strict rules for bringing pets onto our park and expect them to be followed. Most are very much common sense but sometimes need spelling out to avoid any grey areas! To clarify any queries just have a look at our Booking Terms and Conditions.
Do you do phone top ups?
Yes, we offer phone top up facility by card or voucher.
Is there public transport nearly?
Yes, there is a bus stop in the village which is a 5 minute walk from the end of the drive. This is the EYMS 121 service to Scarborough in one direction and Hull in the other, just click here for details. We are also well serviced by trains with stations at Filey, Scarborough and Seamer (where there is free parking at the station). If you'd prefer to get a taxi, just ask at reception and we'll give you details of local companies who can help you.
Do you have WiFi available?
Yes we have free WiFi on the park which is great for surfing the internet and e-mails. It won't support anything that uses a lot of bandwidth / data like music or video streaming. If you want to do this please check that your provider supports 4G and use this instead.
Do you have a limit for the number of people allowed on a pitch?
Yes, the number of people on a pitch must not exceed the number of berths in the unit.
Can we arrive early / stay late?
Arrival time is 1pm, departure time is 11am. Sometimes it is possible to arrive early or depart late but this obviously depends on whether the pitch is let before or after you. Just ask at reception and we’ll see if we can accommodate this request. If we are able to arrange a late stay we don't charge any extra but do ask that you make a donation to our RNLI charity box.
Can we leave our caravan in storage?
We can store caravans for customers of the park subject to availability. If you’re interested please see our Conditions Of Storage.
Do you offer seasonal pitches?
We do have seasonal pitches but these are incredibly popular and we have a long waiting list for them. If any seasonal pitches do come available they will always be offered to existing customers first. If you'd like to leave your caravan with us caravan storage may be an option for you and if you are interested please see our Conditions of Storage.
